Cancellation of Goods

Orders may only be cancelled and / or returned with our written approval. Return costs upon cancellation are to be paid by the buyer.  Goods returned in perfect condition within 30 days following the invoice date shall be taken back free of charge and refunded. However, the transport costs paid remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Defects

Any visible defects on the goods must be reported to Safety Decals in writing immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery. Complaints regarding visible defects are only valid and shall only be investigated if the goods are in excellent condition and  have not yet been used by the customer. Provided these terms have been met the Goods will be supplied to you within 7 days  like for like after we have received the defected goods. Return costs for defected goods are to be paid by the buyer.
