1. What types of decals do you supply?
We supply a comprehensive range of safety decals and decal kits for industrial equipment and machinery, including aerial work platforms from brands such as Genie, Skyjack, JLG, Haulotte, Niftylift, and many more. Our decals cover warning labels, instructional decals, hazard notices, and full replacement decal kits. We also supply company branding decals for fleet and equipment identification, as well as machine tags for asset labelling and compliance tracking.
2. What materials are your decals made from?
Our decals are manufactured from high-quality, durable vinyl with UV-resistant inks and laminate coatings. They are designed to withstand harsh outdoor environments, including exposure to sunlight, moisture, oils, and chemicals — ensuring long-lasting legibility in demanding industrial settings.
3. How long will the decals last?
Under normal operating conditions, our decals are rated for a minimum of 5–7 years outdoors. Longevity depends on the environment, surface preparation, and application method. Decals used in extreme conditions (e.g. high UV, chemical exposure) may require earlier replacement.
4. Do your decals meet safety and compliance standards?
Yes. Our decals are produced to meet relevant industry standards including ISO 11684 (safety signs for machinery) and applicable ANSI/OSHA requirements. If you require decals to a specific standard or specification, please contact us and we will advise accordingly.
5. How do I apply the decals correctly?
For best results: clean the surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and allow to dry completely. Peel the backing away gradually while applying the decal, using a squeegee or credit card to remove air bubbles. Avoid applying in temperatures below 10°C or in direct sunlight. Full application instructions are included with every order.
6. Can I order custom or bespoke decals?
Yes, we offer custom decal production for businesses requiring branded, site-specific, or non-standard safety decals. Please contact us with your requirements, including artwork, dimensions, quantity, and any relevant standards, and we will provide a quotation.
7. Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
Yes. We offer competitive pricing for bulk orders and trade accounts. If you are a fleet operator, hire company, or maintenance contractor requiring regular supplies, please get in touch to discuss a trade account and volume discounts.
8. What are your shipping options and costs?
We ship to the UK, EU, and internationally. Our standard shipping rates are:
- Mainland UK: £8.50
- EU: £13.50

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Expedited shipping options are available — please contact us if you have an urgent requirement.
9. What is your returns policy?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund. As decals are cut and produced to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty.

Absolutely. If you cannot find the specific decal or kit you require on our website, please contact us with the machine make, model, and serial number (if available) and we will do our best to source or produce the correct decal for you.
